外喜I came to Taizhou specifically for the Xinrongji Universe Headquarters. As expected, the headquarter has an extraordinary temperament. It is next to Linghu Lake. There are two buildings in the north and south, both of which belong to Xinrongji. We felt that it was not easy to come here, so we must eat more. The two of us ordered eight dishes and a dessert. We ate until we were full, and the dishes were actually quite large. The fried rice cake with pomfret was so delicious, and the fish soup + fish meat mixed with rice was amazing. The pigeon was as stable as ever, and the fragrance lingered in my mouth for half a day after eating it. I feel that if you come to Taizhou, you must go to Xinrongji, otherwise it will be a big loss.

When we arrived at around 4:30 pm, there were already quite a few customers in the restaurant. We booked a set meal on DP. The original price of one special Hua Diao Chicken is now enough for two people, which is still very affordable. It is very convenient to check the coupon at the front desk. My son said that every dish was delicious, but I think the drink Qingcao Shilian is the best, very refreshing, especially suitable for hot summer days. The waiters are also very nice👍 Because we were in a hurry🚄, we didn't finish all the dishes in the end, and packed up the Hua Diao Chicken to take away. When we left at around 5 o'clock, there were already many people waiting in line, which shows that it is famous👏

唯诗和远方不可辜负众里寻它千百度，蓦然回首，那味却在宝藏县城处。万万没想到，心目中No.1的餐厅在旅游途中发生了改变。台州菜的精髓莫过于好食材的原汁原味，这里真真切切做到了，看似其他餐厅都有的海鲜却被它做到了尽善尽美，从一盘沙蒜豆面到一块豆腐鱼，再到一条鲳鱼，无不体现对食材的精挑细选和对口味的把控：豆腐鱼入口即化，外面的酥皮，薄如蝉翼，轻轻一抿，脆到了心里；沙蒜豆面里的沙蒜个头喜人，数量更是令人感动，绝对是我这个大吃货吃到过最多沙蒜的一次，还居然只是中份，口味就更不要说了，一个字鲜，食材本身的鲜得到了最好的体现；鲳鱼也是一绝，银亮亮的鳞，一瓣瓣的肉，最常见的家烧做法却做出来了其他餐厅吃不到的口感。
